Ice cream catering for unforgettable moments in Dortmund.

Ice cream van catering in Dortmund costs from €1.50 to €2.00 per portion. Vendors calculate per scoop and with a minimum spend (typically €200–600). On eisbuchen.de this becomes a fixed price in the quote: it does not fall if less is eaten – only extra consumption at the event is settled by the vendor directly with you at the end. You see the total price transparently in the quote before you book.

For a wedding in Dortmund with 50–150 guests the total price is typically between €300 and €900, depending on the number of portions, the minimum spend and whether staff are provided. Many vendors offer special extras for weddings such as personalised napkins, premium flavours and decorative elements. Requests via the planner are free of charge and non-binding.

eisbuchen.de currently lists 12 active ice cream van vendors for the Dortmund area. Using the ice cream planner, you submit a request, compare all matching vendors by total price in your dashboard, and request up to three bookable fixed-price quotes – with no hidden fees.

In Dortmund, you should ideally send your ice cream van request 4–8 weeks before your event, and for weddings and large corporate parties (over 100 guests), 2–3 months is better. In peak season (June–August), popular vendors get booked up early. A no-obligation request costs nothing and secures your availability and preferred date early.

In Dortmund, several vehicle types are available: Indoor counter / mobile bar, Food truck (converted), Ice cream van trailer, Trailer, Piaggio Ape (three-wheeler), Mobile display freezer / stand, Classic ice cream van, Ice cream bike / cargo bike.
