The quantity included in the quote is yours: if you eat less, you can have the rest packed up by Mauri‘s Eis, otherwise Mauri‘s Eis takes it back. In every case the total price stays the agreed fixed price – it does not fall if less is eaten.

No deposit needed. When you book, you only pay the service fee of eisbuchen.de online – it is already included in the total price. You settle the remaining amount directly with Mauri‘s Eis after the event.

If Mauri‘s Eis cancels a confirmed booking, you always get your service fee and any deposit back in full, and you are informed straight away via the platform chat. If the vendor does not show up at the event at all, report it via your review link or in the chat – eisbuchen.de investigates this personally, and the vendor is restricted on the platform.
