Yes. eisbuchen.de is a booking marketplace for mobile ice cream catering in Germany. You describe your event — date, location and number of guests — and receive quotes from verified regional providers. There are currently 36 active providers across 35 cities. Requesting quotes is free and non-binding.
Yes. The provider delivers the truck, sets everything up, serves your guests and packs up afterwards. Staff, equipment, ice cream and consumables (cups, cones, spoons) are part of the service — you do not book personnel separately.
Pricing depends on the number of guests, the duration and the distance the provider has to travel. Most providers charge per scoop with an agreed minimum spend. You will see your complete all-in price — including our service fee — in the booking planner before you send a request, so there are no surprises later.
Yes. Many of our providers are used to international events — company celebrations, embassy events and weddings with international guests. Please note that our booking planner is currently in German. If you prefer to organise everything in English, simply email us at hallo@eisbuchen.de and we will handle your request in English.
For the peak season (May to September) we recommend 4 to 8 weeks, especially for weekend dates. Short-notice requests are often still possible — send a request and providers will typically reply within 24 to 48 hours.
