The quantity included in the quote is yours: if you eat less, you can have the rest packed up by Franky‘s Eiscreme Express, otherwise Franky‘s Eiscreme Express takes it back. In every case the total price stays the agreed fixed price – it does not fall if less is eaten.

No deposit needed. When you book, you only pay the service fee of eisbuchen.de online – it is already included in the total price. You settle the remaining amount directly with Franky‘s Eiscreme Express after the event.

The van is 250 cm long and 200 cm wide. Please ensure clear access and firm ground.

The total price still applies even if fewer guests come because of the weather – the included quantity is still yours, and you can have uneaten ice cream packed up by Franky‘s Eiscreme Express. In the event of genuine severe weather, eisbuchen.de can on request depart from the normal cancellation process as a goodwill gesture; it is best to discuss this early in the chat with Franky‘s Eiscreme Express and us.

Yes. You can cancel with the ‘Cancel booking’ button in the chat: up to 14 days before the event you get your service fee and any deposit back in full, 7–13 days before 50 %, less than 7 days before there is no refund. You make a request to change the date or number of guests in the chat – Franky‘s Eiscreme Express confirms it or, for larger changes, creates a new quote with a new total price.

If Franky‘s Eiscreme Express cancels a confirmed booking, you always get your service fee and any deposit back in full, and you are informed straight away via the platform chat. If the vendor does not show up at the event at all, report it via your review link or in the chat – eisbuchen.de investigates this personally, and the vendor is restricted on the platform.
