1. Fill in the planner
Enter location, number of guests, scoops per guest and date — takes under 2 minutes. You'll see live which ice cream vans are available for your date and from what price. Then create your account, by email or with Google.
2. Compare in your dashboard
Your dashboard lists all the vendors who match your event — each with a ready-made total price including travel, scoops per guest, set-up, service and platform fee. Sort by best price or distance, adjust guests and scoops any time.
3. Request up to 3 favourites
Click “Get quote” with up to three vendors at the same time. Each sends you a quote you can book directly at the total price shown. Free of charge and with no obligation to book — the vendor only sees your contact details after the booking.
4. Clarify questions in the chat
Every quote comes with a chat with the vendor. Location, flavours, extras, timing — clarify everything in advance before you decide.
5. Book & enjoy
Accept the quote and pay the service fee conveniently online — once payment is received, the booking is fixed. The vendor arrives, sets up and serves fresh ice cream.
6. Pay the remaining amount
You pay the remaining amount directly to the vendor after the event — at the fixed price from your quote. The vendor only charges extra for genuine additional consumption.
