Most ice cream van vendors have a coverage radius of 30 to 80 km around their base. Some travel nationwide, especially for large events. You'll see the exact radius on the map as a coloured circle around each vendor. If your event location is outside the radius, we're happy to ask anyway – many vendors are flexible.

Prices start from €1.50 per scoop of ice cream. Your quote gives a fixed price for the included quantity – it does not fall if less is eaten, and only rises if more is really consumed at the event. On top there is a minimum spend from €116 (incl. service fee) that covers travel and time on site. Yes, many vendors also serve small events from 20 people, e.g. children’s birthday parties, garden parties or small company parties. The minimum spend with our vendors starts from €116 (incl. service fee) – for small groups the price therefore often includes more portions than you chose. Just enter your number of guests in the planner – you only get quotes that fit the size of your event.
