In the event of genuine severe weather, eisbuchen.de can on request depart from the normal cancellation process as a goodwill gesture; it is best to discuss this early in the chat with Sweet.Catering and us.

Yes. You can cancel with the ‘Cancel booking’ button in the chat: up to 14 days before the event you get your service fee and any deposit back in full, 7–13 days before 50 %, less than 7 days before there is no refund. You make a request to change the date or number of guests in the chat – Sweet.Catering confirms it or, for larger changes, creates a new quote with a new total price.

If Sweet.Catering cancels a confirmed booking, you always get your service fee and any deposit back in full, and you are informed straight away via the platform chat. If the vendor does not show up at the event at all, report it via your review link or in the chat – eisbuchen.de investigates this personally, and the vendor is restricted on the platform.
