If Sven´s ital. Eisfahrräder cancels a confirmed booking, you always get your service fee and any deposit back in full, and you are informed straight away via the platform chat. If the vendor does not show up at the event at all, report it via your review link or in the chat – eisbuchen.de investigates this personally, and the vendor is restricted on the platform.
