Accepted Answer

As a rule of thumb, allow 2 scoops per guest; a little more in hot weather, at long events or with children. The chosen quantity is stated as a fixed price in your quote – at very small events the minimum spend can automatically mean more ice cream is included than you originally chose. The quantity included in the quote is yours: if you eat less, you can have the rest packed up by EIS DELUXE - Eiswagen München, otherwise EIS DELUXE - Eiswagen München takes it back. In every case the total price stays the agreed fixed price – it does not fall if less is eaten.

Yes. You can cancel with the ‘Cancel booking’ button in the chat: up to 14 days before the event you get your service fee and any deposit back in full, 7–13 days before 50 %, less than 7 days before there is no refund. You make a request to change the date or number of guests in the chat – EIS DELUXE - Eiswagen München confirms it or, for larger changes, creates a new quote with a new total price.
